Choose What You Think On. Discipline your mind to focus on the right thoughts, the thoughts you choose to allow are the thoughts that will affect you, you may not have control over all the thoughts that come to your mind but you do have control over the ones you choose to stay and the ones you choose to think on.

Change The Picture. This is a deliberate action, and it is one of the fastest way you can change your thoughts, you think in images and pictures, so you see with your mind. Think of the times someone tried to describe something to you, they may be describing in words but both you and the person describing are mentally seeing the picture of what is being described, this tells how powerful your mind is and it takes discipline to train it, without focus, your mind can be vulnerable to all kinds of images, it is constantly working even when you sleep, so like the first point says, you have to deliberately get your mind to focus on the right thoughts. Great news, if you don’t like what your mind sees, you have the power and ability to change the pictures, only you can do it.
Feed Your Mind. Feed your mind with what you want it to give back to you, your mind is one of the most powerful tools you have therefore you must focus on taking care of it. Every great thing starts with a thought, it’s no accident that every great man or woman you talk to tells you how everything they did began with a thought and how they have harnessed the power of their mind to become who they are. If these people have used the power of their minds to create and forge a great life, then you have a long way to go and you better start now. A great way to feed your mind is to surround yourself with images, visuals and words, with images of your dreams and what you want in your life.

Get In Shape. Many people take care of their bodies even when they don’t feel like it, they eat right and exercise, others take care of their spirits by meditating etc, but many neglect the mind. The mind directly affects your thoughts and your thoughts affect your emotions and that in turn affects your atmosphere, energy and physical appearance. So get in shape, you can exercise your mind as well by spending time every day to feed your mind with the right thoughts, don’t be careless with your thoughts, you can start a few minutes everyday and gradually increase it to hours daily of exercising your mind to focus on constructive, powerful and positive thoughts.
