Difficult things take a long time, impossible things a little longer. ~André A. Jackson
It is easy to get lost in and be overwhelmed by situations we face, but you have to determine what you really want out of life and insist on achieving them, someone once said that life is a daring adventure, or a series of insane dares. Do you ever look at people who are achieving their desires, some may even be living the life you dreamed of, know that it is not impossible for you to be and live the life you want, the difference between the man who is successful and the one that is not, is in persistence. Encourage yourself with these words by Jacob A. Riis
‘Look at a stone cutter hammering away at his rock, perhaps a hundred times without as much as a crack showing in it. Yet at the hundred-and-first blow it will split in two, and I know it was not the last blow that did it, but all that had gone before’
You may be doing all you know to do right now, it may be frustrating and discouraging not seeing any results, but don’t despair or get flustered, just keep at what you are doing, your persistence will insist its way through and you will soon see the results you desire.
When you have done all you can, continuing on is that extra oomph that you require
Success seems to be largely a matter of hanging on after others have let go – William Feather
And yes, others will always let go, The bottom part of the success ladder is always overcrowded, it takes extra effort to climb to the top, and not many are willing to.
So whatever it takes for you to find that momentum, find it and quickly because life would not stop just because you fold you arms and decide to do and be nothing.
Don’t let the fear of the time it will take to accomplish something stand in the way of your doing it. The time will pass anyway; we might just as well put that passing time to the best possible use – Earl Nightingale
Difficulties in your life do not come to destroy you, but to help you realise your hidden potential and power, LET DIFFICULTIES KNOW THAT YOU TOO ARE DIFFICULT – Dr A.P.I Abdul Kalam
